Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day production activities.
- Monitor the manufacturing process and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in achieving production targets and quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Support process improvement and Kaizen activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Prepare basic production reports and maintain records.
- Learn and implement manufacturing best practices.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a shop-floor environment.
- Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Freshers (2026 Pass-outs)
