- Business development
- Searching and finding out new jobs from the existing client /consultant base resources, new paper advertisements and applying for prequalification
- Coordination in preparation of the prequalification documents.
- Coordination with the client for prequalification as a contractor.
- Preparation the project /client specific company presentation and providing presentation to the client.
- Contracts tendering
- Preparation of the tender data sheet and other tender enclosures.
- Attending pre and post bid meetings.
- Floating tender enquiry to get the market prices of the materials and negotiations.
- Deriving the item rates for tender submission.
- Timely submission of the tender.
- Attending negotiation meetings and providing data to seniors for negotiations.
- Coordination with the clients regarding tender, negotiation, award of job, agreement papers and finalization of contract document etc
- General Responsibilities
- Pre and post award interaction with client
- Preparation of budget cost of the project
- Preparing tendering and marketing report
- Preparing purchase reports
- Additional Skill Required:
- Good knowledge of MSP, AutoCAD, Power Point, MS excel and MS word
- Candidates with relevant experience in Civil Engineering Industry with contracting companies preferred.
