Role & responsibilities
1. Processing of Project Proposals, Tender Estimation & Costing for Electrical and ELV works.
2. Understanding customer requirements and specifications of EPC and Item rate tenders.
3. Preparing the cost estimates based on the BOQ & specifications.
4. Quantity take off, prepare BOQ and rate analysis for EPC tenders.
5. Floating enquiries, calling for vendor quotes, vendor offer evaluation. 6. Attending techno commercial meeting for Electrical work with the customer, consultant & PMC.
7. Preparing technical & commercial comparisons for various items.
8. Vendor negotiation & selection.
9. Arrange for internal kick off meeting after award of job.
10. Hand on practice in the Microsoft excel
11. Effective communication with the project team give me key skills
