Job Description
Experience Range : 5-8 years
Key Responsibilities:

Perform static and F&DT analysis to assess the structural impact of manufacturing non-conformities, airframe repairs, reworks, and modifications .

Able to perform risk assessments for In-service fleet issues.

Ensure adherence to Airbus methods, processes, and certification requirements .

Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and other Airbus departments to develop optimal solutions.

Work towards and maintain Technical Signature Delegation for concessions on primary and secondary aircraft structures .
-
Review, approve, or pre-approve stress justification reports for aircraft concessions.

Knowledge about Aircraft Maintenance tasks, ALI , MPD , SB , AOT , AD .

Provide technical guidance to peers and support the development of stress engineers in the delegation process.

Develop and maintain component and aircraft familiarity to ensure prompt response to production needs .
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Proven experience in static stress analysis of aircraft structures, with a strong understanding of F&DT concepts .

Experience handling concessions for aerospace components , preferably Airbus structures.

Understanding of certification requirements and experience with stress dossiers.

Proficiency in Finite Element Methods (FEM/FEA) and stress analysis tools (e.g., ISAMI, GFEM, DFEM ).

Strong knowledge of structural design principles, aircraft loads, and material behavior .

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills .

Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to develop towards and maintain Technical Signature Delegation .
