1. Customer handling & addressing filed issues
2. Prepartion of CAPA/8D report
3. Employing 7QC tools for rejection analysis
4. Customer audit & Action plan.
5. Video Measuring System /
6. Inhouse rejection analysis
7. PPAP documents preparation
8. IATF/QMS documents preparation
9. Preparation of PPT for Customer audit findings.
10. Trial part validation & Joint inspection with customer
11. MSA/SPC/Revalidation report submission to customer
12. NPD related documents like Inspection standard, Control plan & AOI preparation.
13. Interacting with customer for Audits 7 PPAPs.
