Maintenance Engineer -Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering

• Drive the maintenance team to achieve the Breakdown targets
• Guide the Team Members and be accountable for spares availability
• Manage the overall Test Cell maintenance, equipment, test rig along with calibration of Instruments
• Test cell related utility maintenance and service through efficient resource allocation, people management and internal coordination
• Fulfilment of IMS requirements, Department 5S, Maintain Manuals and software Backups
• Conduct meetings for identification of issues which affecting targets and discuss the trends and best practices
• Nurture an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work
