Job Description:

We are hiring an L1/L2 Engineer CCTV & Access Control Systems (ACS) Operations to support enterprise-scale CCTV and Access Control infrastructure in a 247 mission-critical environment. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, incident management, and ensuring high availability of security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support CCTV & Access Control Systems (ACS).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and patch deployment.
• Support failover testing, backup validation, and disaster recovery activities.
• Configure and maintain CCTV cameras, ACS devices, and integrated systems.
• Handle incidents within SLA and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain operational reports, SOPs, change records, and incident documentation.
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Work in a 247 rotational shift environment.

• ITIL, Networking, CCTV, or ACS certifications are preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
