KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Run the Injection, blow & PET m/c with optimised process.

PPM Control, maintain 5’S in shop floor.

Minimize m/c downtime & run the m/c as per defined cycle time.

Ensure the EHS Compliance and closure of NCs on time.

Responsible to get optimum utilization of available resources.

New mould trial & validation.

Productivity improvement projects.

Active participating in KAIZEN/ Cost saving projects.

Should participate in Root Cause Analysis in any moulding defect/ customer complain.

Responsible for maintaining the reduced mould change over time in Moulding and work on continual improvements to reduce further.
