Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Networking).
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters, containerized workloads, and automated provisioning.
• Implement best practices for scalability, resilience, and security.
• CI/CD Release Management Design, implement, and scale CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio.
• Champion GitOps workflows for automated, auditable deployments.
• Drive consistency, speed, and reliability across release cycles.
• Governance Compliance Enforce governance, compliance, and security standards across the SDLC.
• Support Agile/Scrum teams in aligning DevOps practices with delivery goals.
• Collaboration Delivery Partner with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure production readiness.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years in DevOps roles supporting enterprise-grade deployments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, IAM, Networking).
• Kubernetes, Istio, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus.
• Automation scripting experience (Go preferred, Bash/Python acceptable).
• Proven track record in: Managing production-grade Kubernetes workloads.
• Building and scaling CI/CD pipelines.
