Engineer - Data Science ( gen AI )

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and business challenges.

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.

• Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow for machine learning models.

• Communicate findings and model insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders using dashboards and reports.

• Continuously monitor and improve model performance.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• bachelors/masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks (eg, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Strong understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, etc).

• Solid knowledge of statistics, probability, and predictive modeling techniques.

• Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present data insights.

• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
