Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience in Core Infra & Services Development. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of DWDM, OTN, Ethernet, MPLS-TP, and IP technology, along with relevant technical support experience.
Roles and Responsibility - Provide technical support and solutions to customers via phone or meeting.
- Handle sales, solutions, and internal customer calls professionally.
- Develop and implement infrastructure projects using various technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Offer technical guidance and training to junior engineers.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Core Infra & Services Development.
- Strong knowledge of DWDM, OTN, Ethernet, MPLS-TP, and IP technology.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer calls and meetings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
