Engineer / Sr Engineer

• Assess and audit suppliers and define corrective actions (systems, processes, products, and control plans).
• Track audit findings and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Plan supplier and product qualification and approval processes for the Electrical material group.
• Support and execute prototype inspections and plan SAT activities.
• Support and execute First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Define and track actions for prototype and first article deviations.
• Effectively implement supplier quality transformation projects (e.g., QASL, LPA).
• Support nonconformity and claim processes and agree on corrective actions with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier process control and performance using KPIs.
• Report supplier performance status to Global SQA on a regular basis.

• Technical background with a bachelors ormasters degree in Electrical Engineeringor a similar field; training as a welding engineer is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in comparable positions.
• Knowledge of quality management methods (e.g., Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D).
• Training in quality management standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (e.g., TV, Bureau Veritas).
• Convincing and professionalmannerstoward both external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiencyin SAP and MS Office; Power BI skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of APQP / APQP for Wind, QASL, LPA, and FTR.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Willingness to travel.
