Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications and resolve client issues promptly.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and data-related incidents.
• Support SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake environments.
• Monitor and maintain ETL processes and automated workflows.
• Participate in application upgrades, releases, testing, and system enhancements.
• Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure service excellence.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support rotations as required.

Required Skills Experience

3-5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Data Support

Strong experience with:

• SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Snowflake
• SQL querying and data analysis
• Incident and problem management

1-3 years of experience with:

• SSIS or other ETL tools
• Scheduling and monitoring tools (Autosys, Control-M, UAC, or equivalent)

1-2 years of experience with:

• Python scripting and automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Financial Services industry experience
• Knowledge of production monitoring and operational support best practices
• Exposure to automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Education

• Hybrid work model with 4 days per week in the office.
• Standard business hours with flexibility required based on project, release, or support needs.
• Participation in evening, weekend, public holiday, and on-call support rotations as required.
