Designation: Employee Relations Specialist - Freshers(Night Shift)

Reporting: Manager

Experience: Freshers are most welcome

Salary: CTC- 23771/- per month (18700/- In hand) + Cab + Meal Vouchers + Incentives

Shift: Night Shift (07:30PM IST 04:30AM IST)

Location: Noida Sector 68 - ONSITE

Qualification Required: Qualification Required: Any Graduate with excellent communication skill (8/10)

Summary: To maintain and continually improve current business relationships with Arco contract employee base by providing support and employee relations services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track causes of consultant turnover.
• Contact contract employees on a regular basis to resolve any employment-related issues.
• Troubleshoot employee service issues and follow up in a timely manner.
• Document all activities in the appropriate database.
• Work closely with the appropriate account team members while performing these duties and responsibilities. Work closely with other departments and as a team member when required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Special Requirements:

• Must be able to effectively communicate with all types of people, which include listening and understanding, as well as, conveying ideas and opinions.
• Must be able to develop good relationships with various types of people. Must be able to handle conflict well.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts. Language Skills:
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
