Employee Relations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement effective labor policies, procedures, and programs to maintain industrial relations with employees.
• Liaise between management and employees to resolve issues related to wages, benefits, working conditions, etc.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements :

• 7-9 years of experience in employee relations or a related field (industrial relations).
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations governing the textile & apparel industry.
• Excellent crisis management skills to handle sensitive situations effectively.
• Proven track record in union management or liaison roles.
