Job Description
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 7 to 13 yrs of Managerial Candidate with good embedded automation and client facing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and pytest framework.
- Hands-on experience with motor control algorithms (6-step commutation, BLDC, PMSM).
- Deep knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, CAN).
- Hardware expertise with STM, XMC, and similar controllers.
- Experienced in schematic design and reading
- Methodologies: Proven track record of managing projects using Agile methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of motor control principles (BLDC, PMSM, AC/DC motors).
- Experience with embedded C/C++, Python, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures.
- Work with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and motor test benches.
- Track, analyze, and report defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
- Familiarity with hardware debugging tools and communication protocols.
- Experience in automotive or industrial motor control applications.
- Prior experience in MAGTROL is a big plus.
