- Conduct A/B Testing for Open Rate, CTR Conversion Optimization
- Track Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Repeat Purchase Ratio CLV
- Prepare Performance Reports with Revenue Impact Insights
- Coordinate with the Growth, Product Content Teams Required Skills:
- Strong in CRM, Email Marketing Automation Workflows
- Data-driven target-focused mindset
- Proven track record of improving retention sales numbers
- Excellent communication persuasion skills
