Job Description
- Develop and execute retention marketing strategies and campaigns, with a focus on email,
- SMS, and WhatsApp marketing, to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty
- Develop and maintain segmentation and personalization strategies to ensure that
customers receive relevant and engaging communications
- Manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns end-to-end, including creative
development, list management, and reporting
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates,
conversion rates, and revenue generated from retention marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and a unified brand voice
- Conduct ongoing analysis and optimization of retention marketing campaigns to improve performance and increase customer engagement and retention
