Electronics Professional

We are looking for a skilled Electronics professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Sourcing Vendor Development specialist in the area of Electronics and Electricals, specifically focusing on PCBA, Electronics Components, and Wire Harness Assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and electrical systems.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality electronics components.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
• Conduct market research to identify new vendors and technologies that can improve our products and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new electronic systems and products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to electronics and electrical systems.
• Analyze data and metrics to optimize sourcing processes and improve quality and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing and vendor development, preferably in the electronics and electrical sector.
• Strong knowledge of electronics components, wire harness assembly, and PCBAs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
