Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, switchboards, panels, DBs, and electrical equipment.
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out repairs promptly.
Maintain DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, UPS systems, and emergency lighting.
Monitor electrical load and ensure uninterrupted power supply across properties.
Attend breakdown complaints from residents, tenants, and office staff.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical diagrams.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams during projects and repairs.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, and material usage.
Support fit-out and interior electrical works during new projects or renovations.
Ensure proper upkeep of tools, equipment, and electrical inventory.
