Electrical manager

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Manager to lead our electrical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and management, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and supervise the electrical team to ensure efficient and safe operation of electrical systems.
• Develop and implement electrical maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in electrical installations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other infrastructure components.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians on electrical-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to electrical work.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in electrical management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, motor control, and transmission lines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
