Job Description
- Handling of market feedback and warranty issues related to automobile controller system
- understaning of can & lin protocols
- frequent vendor visits for process verification at vendor for root-cause analysis of typical cases.
- 3g at dealer/customer location to identiy the usage pattern for actual problem understanding and trouble-shooting
- coordination with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure faster analysis and execution of quality improvements based on market feedback.
- fta approach for solving complex market issues.
- competitor process / design benchmarking.
- diagnose and resolve customer complaints.
- good understanding of electricals and electronic parts.
- good understanding circuit drawings of electrical / electronic parts and data-sheet interpretation
- knowledge of semi-conductor technology and pcb manufacturing processes
- good experience on root-cause analysis of defect related to smt & soldering processes
- understanding of the application of rc/lcr circuits, low pass/high pass filter circuits, clamp voltage and tvs,
- strong understanding of mosfet operation and packaging, failure modes, and esd/eos mechanisms.
- hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, scopemeter, curve tracers for failure analysis and electrical testing
- knowledge of analysis tools such as sem, sam, fib, obirch and thermal imaging.
- familiarity with semiconductor reliability standards and qualification procedures. aec-q100, iec standards
