Hiring for Electrical Estimation & costing Engineer
Exp 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience
Electrical Estimation & Costing
Residential Building Projects.
Candidates must have worked on residential apartments, high-rise residential buildings, housing projects, and residential townships.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Electrical BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Quantity take-off from electrical drawings and layouts
- Preparation of cost estimates and project budgets
- Rate analysis for electrical items and services
- Vendor and subcontractor quotation evaluation
- Preparation of tender documents and bid comparisons
- Cost control and budget monitoring during project execution
- Coordination with project, procurement, and design teams
- Review of electrical drawings, specifications, and scope of work
- Preparation of variation statements and cost impact assessments
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems
- Expertise in quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
- Knowledge of electrical materials, specifications, and market rates
- Experience in tendering, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
