Job Summary
Lead enterprise data migration initiatives from Mainframe DB2 and Oracle databases to modern cloud-native platforms while ensuring data reconciliation, parity and resiliency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise data migration strategy.
- Build high-volume ETL pipelines.
- Lead DB2 to Oracle/GCP migration.
- Develop data ingestion frameworks.
- Perform reconciliation and data validation.
- Design CDC (Change Data Capture) solutions.
- Build batch and near real-time pipelines.
- Optimize SQL and database performance.
- Ensure zero data loss during migration.
- Lead migration cutovers and rollback planning.
