EHS Coordinator - Bangalore short notice

Experience: 03 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Fire & Safety

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of EHS policies, PPE compliance, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, training sessions, mock drills, and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Carry out Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and maintain SOPs.
• Monitor fire safety equipment, first aid readiness, and emergency preparedness.
• Manage environmental compliance, waste management, STP operations, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare monthly EHS reports and support audits, documentation, and QHSE committee activities.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and monitor progress against QHSE objectives.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of statutory safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle grievances and maintain discipline.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on EHS laws and best practices.
