Job Description
Looking to onboard a skilled EHS / OSH Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai, India. The role involves maintaining and ensuring compliance with sustainability practices, workplace safety procedures, waste handling, and hygiene and safety of our commercial properties.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of data related to ESG (environmental, social, governance), Sustainability, Safety, and Hygiene.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for decision-making and support ESG and marketing initiatives.
- Support the rollout of ESG initiatives from the Group level, working closely with Group Sustainability.
- Cascade information to all Commercial properties in India for alignment.
- Manage climate risk assessment process and reporting.
- Inspect food court hygiene and collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
- MBA or Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in handling ESG/EHS within the Commercial office space.
- Possess good quantitative skills and experience or passion in real estate.
- Be technically proficient in database development, data models, data mining, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with real estate-related ESG concepts is required.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills with strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Resourceful, independent, and innovative with strong problem-solving skills.
