• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with HR software and systems is desirable.
