- IT Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap in alignment with its business objectives.
- Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the maintenance, upgrade, and optimization of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
- Team Leadership: Managing and leading a team of IT professionals, including network administrators, system administrators, and support staff.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing the IT budget, including cost analysis, procurement, and cost optimization.
- Security Management: Ensuring the security of data and information systems through the implementation of cybersecurity measures, access controls, and disaster recovery plans.
- Project Management: Supervising IT projects, including software development, system upgrades, and technology implementations, to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
