Job Function, Roles & Responsibilities:
Technical responsibilities:
Able to execute multiple projects at the same time.
Fit for onsite assignments (USA , Europe, and India)
Leading teams of more than 4 people.
Project requirement understanding, Effort Estimation, and project proposal.
Project execution cycle - requirement, design, development, bug fixing, code review, and releases.
Design and develop Embedded systems based on customer needs
Reviewing designs and source code
Troubleshooting/problem-solving
On-Time Delivery and Quality Deliverables
Other responsibilities:

Bringing value addition to Customer
Defining Technical training
Building/Mentoring Team Members
Cross-functional teamwork.
Area of expertise:
Minimum of 3 years of Machine Learning experience.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, and C++ languages, focusing on embedded systems.
Proven expertise in deploying ML/DL models on various edge platforms (NVIDIA Jetson, NXP i.MX, Qualcomm QCS, TI Sitara, Synaptics platform s , etc.)
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques regression, classification, clustering, neural networks.
Strong knowledge of data workflows: dataset generation, manual/automated annotation, data cleaning, augmentation, and synthetic data creation
Hands-on experience on machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch , Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy , Matplotlib, OpenCV).
Deep understanding of sensor fusion techniques combining inputs from vision, audio, IMU, radar, LIDAR, and other sources to improve model accuracy and efficiency
Proficient in designing for real-time inference on resource-constrained platforms
Exposure to AI accelerators, NPUs, DSPs, and hybrid SoC environments; must have exposure to NVIDIA SoC & Tools.
Experience with data storage and processing technologies (e.g. SQL, JSON, XML).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience of Streaming and GUI development is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
Direct customer (US or Europe-based) interaction will be an added advantage
Write high-quality, efficient, extensible, and maintainable code in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Participate in feature and design discussions within and across teams
Evangelize and inform with well-written design documents and conduct peer reviews
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
