Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms to drive sales growth.
- Identify potential clients' needs and provide tailored solutions using edtech products/services.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop effective sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in B2C/BPO sales, telemarketing, or telesales.
- Strong communication skills for effective calling and negotiation techniques.
- Should be fluent in Marathi and Hindi
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Should have a strong understanding of EdTech industry and current market.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and management.
