ECOMMERCE WAREHOUSE MANAGER

• Manage and update product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and company website (Shopify/WooCommerce).

• Monitor online sales, customer queries, feedback, returns, and service metrics.

• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for promotions, offers, and ads.

• Track sales performance and platform analytics to optimize strategy.

• Ensure pricing accuracy, stock syncing, and timely campaign execution.

• Liaise with finance and accounts teams for order reconciliation and settlement reports.

• Oversee inbound shipments, inventory control, and stock audits.

• Ensure accurate order picking, quality packing, and timely dispatch of online orders.

• Implement systems for storage optimization and warehouse cleanliness.

• Use inventory software (e.g., Zoho, Unicommerce, or similar) to track movement and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for order pickups and tracking.

• Prepare daily reports on stock status, returns, and pending orders.

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of combined experience in ecommerce and warehouse operations.

• Knowledge of major ecommerce platforms and warehouse inventory systems.

• Proficient in Excel, ERP/WMS tools, and ecommerce dashboards.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management.

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Physically fit to supervise and participate in warehousing activities if required.
