Echo Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducts echocardiograms, EEGs, and other diagnostic tests as per protocols.
  
• Prepares patients for exams by explaining procedures and positioning them correctly.
  
• Analyzes test results to identify abnormalities and reports findings to cardiologists or radiologists.
  
• Maintains patient records, including exam notes and test results.
  
• Ensures equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in echo technician role with expertise in ECG, TMT (Treadmill Test), and echocardiography (echo).
  
• Diploma holder from a recognized institution with relevant specialization.
  
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
  
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
