- Experience in content development, technical writing
- Experience on ENOVIA/CATIA/3DEXPERIENCE platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical/logical skills
- Working Experience on PPT, WORD, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia
- Flair for content writing development, documentations/presentations, instructional designing
- Good knowledge and understanding of PLM, CAD
- Well aware of E-Learning content developments basics and standards
- Adapt content development for target customers
- Apply intercultural learning strategies
- Apply learning strategies to meet requirement of customers
- Apply industry best practices for assessing the training material development
- Demonstrate the concepts and exercises in the training content
- Monitor, propose apply latest trends in field of learning, E-Learning
