Job Description
Role Purpose:
Ensure seamless PO execution, dispatch, and on-shelf availability across Amazon, Blinkit, Reliance, DMart, etc., enabling consistent DRR/GMV growth with minimal stock-outs.
Key Responsibilities (summary):
- End-to-end PO, invoicing, dispatch, and delivery tracking
- Fill-rate, SLA, and stock availability monitoring
- Coordination with platform teams for GRN, claims, and reconciliations
- Daily sales/stock tracking and risk flagging
- Cross-functional alignment with warehouse, logistics, and finance
- Weekly execution reporting and issue resolution
Required Skillsets & Tools:
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis)
- Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Blinkit/Zepto dashboards, or similar marketplace panels
- Understanding of PO lifecycle, GRN, claims, and reconciliation processes
- Basic supply chain and inventory management concepts
- High ownership, coordination ability, and problem-solving mindset
