E-commerce Operations Manager

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, improving overall performance.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including their technical architecture and functionality.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and motivating a team.
• Familiarity with operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
