E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist (Account Management)

We are seeking a proactive and analytical E-Commerce professional to take ownership of select international marketplaces and omni-channel platforms. We sell our own branded products and are building a lean, high-performance team to scale globally.

In this role, you will drive sales growth, improve product visibility, and manage end-to-end operations for your assigned accounts. You will be responsible for delivering strong business performance across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales on assigned international e-commerce dropship platforms
• End-to-end catalog management: listings, content optimization, quality checks
• Collaborate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and customer service
• Check daily sales trends, competition, pricing, and marketplace dynamics
• Use Excel extensively for analysis, forecasting, & performance tracking
• Execute campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
• Analyse P&L, pricing, and profitability for your accounts
• Prepare MIS reports and derive actionable insights

What Were Looking For

• 6+ years of experience managing international dropship marketplaces & retailers
• Exposure to platforms like Amazon, Target, Walmart, Wayfair, Macys, Noon etc
• Excellent command of MS Excel and data analysis
• Knowledge of catalog management, and marketplace operations
• Certification in digital marketing/e-commerce is an added advantage
• A go-getter with strong ownership, hunger to grow, and love for numbers
• Someone proactive, and willing to push beyond traditional work boundaries
