E Commerce Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Experienced E-COMMERCE Marketplace Executive/Manager who can independently handle and grow our sellers accounts on AMAZON, FLIPKART AND MEESHO and Who has handles 4000 to 5000 orders per day

PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT RECONCILATION

Managing , Flipkart Seller Hub , Amazon Seller Centra land Meesho Supplier Panel

• Creating and optimizing product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords and catalogues

• Managing product prices, offers, promotions and inventory

• Monitoring daily orders, dispatch, cancellations, returns and RTO

• Handling account health, policy issues, suppressed listings and marketplace tickets

• Raising and following up claims for damaged, missing or incorrect returns
• Managing Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and Meesho campaigns

• Monitoring sales, advertising spend, ACOS, ROAS and product performance

• Analysing competitors, pricing and marketplace trends

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

• Coordinating with packing, warehouse and accounts teams

• Sharing settlement, commission and payment reports with the Accounts Department
• Developing strategies to increase profitable sales and improve product rankings

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4 years of practical experience in Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho account management • Strong knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, account health and marketplace operations • Experience in marketplace advertising and sales growth • Good knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and formulas • Candidate should be responsible, result-oriented and capable of working independently • Experience in home utility, metal products, shoe racks, PVC products or manufacturing businesses will be preferred • Candidate must be available for full-time work from office
