Job Description
- Assist in managing product listings, content updates, and pricing across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
- Monitor and update inventory, product availability, and order status.
- Support the operations team in resolving order, return, or account health issues.
- Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and highlight insights..
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, vendor management, customer service) for smooth execution.
- Provide administrative and project support to the e-commerce team.
