Job Description


  1. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail principles.
  2. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  8. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in managing product listings, including uploading product images, descriptions, and pricing.
  2. Support the digital marketing team in executing online campaigns and promotions.
  3. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
  4. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging product descriptions and blog posts.
  5. Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email or live chat.
  6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  7. Assist in optimizing website content and layout for improved user experience and search engine visibility.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of e-commerce activities and performance metrics.
