Coordinate with business users and IT team from customers to resolve the tickets/SRs and get feedback
Provide automation and continuous improvement ideas and implement them
Work on enhancements/configuration requests
Coordinate with offshore team
Status reporting to customer and TCS leadership
Setup Monitoring for the application
Requirement analysis, documentation, solution designing
Convergence with Interface and Third-Party systems
