??????? Facilitate negotiations and deal closures, offering consultative support in pricing, documentation, and the overall transaction process.

??????? Ensure CRM systems are accurately maintained, with up-to-date records of listings, leads, visits, and deal status.

??????? Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding of new listings, marketing support, and successful transaction fulfilment.

??????? Uphold Brigade?s service excellence standards, ensuring prompt, courteous, and value-driven interactions across all customer touchpoints.

??????? Achieve monthly closure targets and drive high customer satisfaction through consistent process delivery and team coordination.

Requirements:

??????? Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability

?? ? ? ?7 ?10 years of proven experience in residential real estate sales/leasing

??????? Exceptional communication, client relationship, and negotiation capabilities

??????? Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Chennai

??????? Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools
