Job Description
- 1. Field Failure Analysis & Resolution
Identify, analyse, and resolve field failures of battery packs by coordinating with engineering, service, and quality teams. - 2. Customer Complaint Handling
Timely response and resolution of customer complaints from OEMs or end-users. - 3. Field Quality Data Collection & Analysis
Collect and analyze warranty and service data to identify trends and root causes. - 4. Cross-functional Issue Resolution
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM, and Service teams. - 5. Field Visit & Audit Execution
Conduct field visits and audits to validate product issues and gather user feedback. - 6. Documentation and Reporting
Prepare and maintain detailed failure reports, 8D documents, and CAPA logs. - 7. Field Quality Improvement Projects
Lead or participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.
