Duck Creek Billing QA Lead

We are looking for a skilled Duck Creek Billing QA Lead to join our team at Aggne Global IT Services Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience working with Duck Creek billing systems.

• Lead the quality assurance team in testing and validating Duck Creek billing systems.
• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for thorough system coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation of testing procedures and results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in an IT services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Duck Creek billing systems and software development life cycles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers.
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, processes, and tools.
