Job Description

Position: Manager - Sales Excellence & Growth Marketing

Function: Sales & Marketing

Core responsibility :


1. Monitor daily operational dashboards


2. Detect deviations from defined KPAs/KRIs


3. Alert teams and HODs immediately


4. Escalate unresolved issues


5. Recommend corrective actions


6. Present Chairman daily/weekly review reports


Purpose


To accelerate revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance sales effectiveness through data-driven monitoring, strategic marketing initiatives, and performance governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily sales funnel performance across all business verticals and channels.

- Review lead aging, conversion ratios, and pipeline movement to identify performance gaps.

- Track marketing campaign effectiveness, lead generation quality, and ROI metrics.

- Identify deviations from sales targets, revenue projections, and business growth plans.

- Escalate critical sales and performance concerns to sales leadership and CEO Office.

- Coordinate with sales, CRM, and marketing teams to improve conversion efficiency and customer acquisition.

- Recommend corrective strategies to improve sales productivity and campaign performance.

- Support development of growth marketing initiatives, branding strategies, and market penetration plans.

- Analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities for business expansion.

- Publish periodic sales dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance summaries for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA from premier institutes, preferably IIMs.

- Specialization in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or General Management.

- Strong analytical and business development orientation with understanding of sales operations and growth marketing.

- Experience in CRM tracking, sales analytics, campaign management, and business reporting preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven business environments.
