Qualification: HSC Pass

Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates

Salary: 13,700 In hand + Unlimited Incentive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions

Requirements:

• Basic communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Timings: 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM | 1 Rotational OFF
