Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and interactive art classes for children (ages 415 years) following the Globalart curriculum.
  • Inspire creativity, imagination, and confidence through drawing and art activities.
  • Guide students individually and help them improve their artistic and creative thinking skills.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
  • Prepare the classroom, art materials, and teaching aids before each session.
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and artwork portfolios.
  • Create a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment.
  • Participate in workshops, exhibitions, competitions, and centre events.
  • Support student enrolment activities, trial classes, and parent interactions whenever required.
  • Uphold the teaching standards and values of the Globalart programme.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good drawing and sketching skills with a strong creative mindset.
  • Passion for teaching and working with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, enthusiastic, energetic, and approachable personality.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
  • Willingness to learn and deliver the Globalart teaching methodology.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining student records and communication.
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred but freshers with strong artistic skills are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as per class schedules.
