• Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
• Develop and implement a drama curriculum that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.
• Direct and produce school plays, musicals, and other performances.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, rehearsals, and productions.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their acting and performance skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and events related to drama education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching resources and best practices.
• Stay updated with developments in the field of drama and incorporate new knowledge into teaching.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
