Role Objective
We are seeking a highly competent Chartered Accountant to manage and strengthen the Finance & Accounts function. The role involves financial reporting, compliance, audits, and strategic financial support, particularly for facility management service business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present comprehensive MIS reports for Top Management, including:
- Board Meeting presentations
- Business Review Meetings (BRM)
- Budget presentations
- Cash flow analysis
- Profitability and variance analysis
- Provide actionable insights to support business decisions
- Lead preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS standards
- Drive timely and accurate books closure process
- Act as the primary point of contact for Accounts Receivable
- Oversee revenue recognition and sales closure processes
- Ensure strong control over collections and receivables
- Monitor financial performance and ensure cost optimization and profitability
- Ensure timely completion of: Internal Audit, ICFR Audit, Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, Tax Audit
- Liaise with auditors and ensure adherence to audit timelines and compliance standards
- Oversee and ensure accurate reconciliation of Related Party Transactions
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements
- Monitor adherence to all statutory and legal requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with management for strategic financial initiatives
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Ind AS, financial reporting, and compliance
- Hands-on experience in MIS, budgeting, and financial analytics
- Knowledge of audits, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally, etc.)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
