Experience : 8 to 13 Years (75:25 Lead CI role, They will get junior to mentor/handle)

Round of interview : L1 + client Interview
Skills : .Net, .net core MVC .Net, C#, SQL, Entity framework, Web API
Pls Note : Team handling, mentoring is a must should be mentioned in roles responsibilities
Excellent communication skills , Good analytical, Logical programming skills
Pls ask them about the projects they worked on, what role they played, were they part of client interaction communication.
When you are screening, Pls ask IF they have UAN no, all documents for all companies
