Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior C# .NET Developer with 5+ years of relevant experience to lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance enterprise applications. You will focus on building scalable backend services, mentoring junior developers, and optimizing cloud-based architecture. This role requires a deep understanding of 3GPP standards (4G/5G)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and development of complex software solutions using C# .NET Core/6+.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Hands on experience in windows services, windows-based desktop applications
- Packaging (Creating exe) windows desktop applications using WIX
- Develop and maintain robust, secure, and scalable APIs and microservices.
- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance, including complex queries and indexing.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Troubleshooting and resolving high-level technical bottlenecks and production issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Expertise in C# .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Hands on experience in windows services, windows-based desktop applications
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL Server and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of Microservices, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit) and TDD.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a relate
- field. Proven track record of delivering full-lifecycle software projects.
- ASP.NET Core, an open-source web development framework | .NET
- Build web apps and services that run on Windows, Linux, and macOS using C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Telecom Domain Skills:
Experience in Telecom Domain [Must have] : Experience on 3GPP standards, 3G, 4G, 5G, wireless, GSM, telecom, BTS, GPRS, 5G NR, mMIMO, NB-IoT, LTE-M, LTE-A CA, VoLTE/ViLTE, VoWiFi, UMTS and GSM etc.
Knowledge of call processing technologies and network architecture specifically focused on Radio Access Network
Good to Have:
Experience in C++, Python, Agentic AI.
